행동강령

WWDC 위너 모임에서 주관하는 모든 행사에서 반드시 준수해야할 행동강령 입니다.

커뮤니티 및 커뮤니티가 주최하는 이벤트에 참가하는 모든 분들은 모두에게 안전한 이벤트 체험을 제공하는 것을 목적으로, 연사자, 참가자, 스태프 등의 역할과 상관없이 여기에 기재 되어 있는 행동 규범을 준수할 필요가 있습니다. 동의할 수 없는 경우에는, 이벤트 참가를 거절하고 있습니다. 또한, 이벤트에는 개최 목적이 존재합니다. 목적에 맞지 않는 행동은 삼가해 주세요.

위험한 행동

이 커뮤니티는, 성별, 성적 지향, 신체 장애, 체형, 체격, 인종, 또는 종교에 관계없이, 모든 사람에게 괴롭힘이 없는 커뮤니티를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 커뮤니티 참가자에 대한 괴롭힘을 어떠한 형태로든 용납하지 않습니다. 성적인 표현이나 이미지는, 등단 내용, 회장, 웨비나뿐만 아니라, X(Twitter) 및 기타 온라인 미디어를 포함한, 모든 장소에서 허용되지 않습니다. 이러한 규칙을 위반한 참가자는 주최측의 재량에 따라 회장에서 추방될 수 있습니다. 나이, 성별, 성적 지향, 정신적 또는 신체적 장애, 외모 또는 피부색, 국적, 국제 정세 및 종교적 배경에 따라 누군가가 차별받는 것을 원하지 마십시오. 우리 주최자는 참가자와 같은 태도로, 비폭력적이고 평화로운 커뮤니티를 실현할 수 있기를 기대하고 있습니다.

연사 여러분께

상기를 위반하는 이미지나 문장을 발표하거나 슬라이드에 이용하는 것은 적절하지 않습니다. 또한, 성차별이나 인종 차별 기타 상기에 해당하는 언급은, 본인이 농담으로 이야기를 했다고 해도 인정하지 않습니다. 발표 준비 중, 뭔가 불분명한 점이 있으면, 운영으로 상담해 주세요.

참가자 여러분께

괴롭힘에는, 성별, 성적 지향, 신체 장애, 신체 크기, 인종, 종교, 공공장소에서의 성적 이미지, 의도적인 협박, 스토킹, 촬영이나 녹음의 괴롭힘, 토크 방해, 다른 이벤트에 관한 불쾌한 구두에 의한 코멘트 , 부적절한 신체적 접촉, 및 바람직하지 않은 성적 매력이 포함됩니다. 다만 스피커 토크에 대해서는 발표자나 운영의 허가가 있으면 촬영이나 녹화를 허용합니다. 촬영에는 화면 캡처도 포함됩니다.

행동 규범에 위반하는 행동이나 언동을 보았을 때

불편한 상황을 겪거나, 불편한 상황에 놓인 다른 누군가를 알아차린 것 같을 때, 또, 그 외의 우려가 발견되면, 현장의 운영진에게 전달하거나 인스타그램 공식계정으로 연락해 주세요.

Community Participation

All community members and event participants—including speakers, attendees, and staff—must follow this Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for everyone. If you cannot agree to these guidelines, you will not be allowed to participate in the event. Please remember that the event has a clear purpose. Behaviors that conflict with the event’s objectives are not permitted.

Harassment

This community is committed to providing a harassment-free environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, body type, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind. Sexual content or imagery is prohibited everywhere: in presentations, at the venue, in webinars, on X (Twitter), and on any other online media. Participants who violate these rules may be removed from the event at the organizers’ discretion. Do not discriminate against anyone based on age, gender, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, appearance or skin color, nationality, geopolitical situation, or religious background. The organizers look forward to working with you to create a peaceful, non-violent community.

For Speakers

Do not include any images or text in your slides or presentations that violate the guidelines above. References to sexism, racism, or any other discriminatory content are strictly prohibited, even as jokes. If you have any questions while preparing your talk, please reach out to the event staff.

For Participants

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

Targeting someone based on gender, sexual orientation, disability, body size, race, or religion
Displaying sexual images in public spaces without consent
Intentional threats or stalking
Harassing photography or recording
Disrupting talks
Making unwelcome comments about other events
Inappropriate physical contact
Unwanted sexual attention
Recording or photographing a speaker’s session is allowed only if the speaker or organizers give explicit permission. This includes screen captures.

Reporting Violations

If you experience harassment, notice someone else being harassed, or have any other concerns, please tell the organizer nearby or DM official instagram accout immediately.
